Book our outdoor experience and maintain safe social distancing while receiving the same personal attention and service as you would inside our boutique (up to 4 guests -- additional guests can tailgate.). Enjoy personal attention and refreshments in an open air experience. Please inquire.
We are located in the heart of Shawsheen Village (intersection of Route 28 & Route 133) in Andover, MA -- in the historic Kiley Law Building. On-street parking is available along Poor Street. You may park in the back parking lot. Note: the sign states 'For Law Office Only', however, parking is permitted.

We schedule our appointments 90 minutes. We are not a salon that will rush you out the door when your time is up. Selecting a wedding gown is an important process so we want you to feel relaxed and not pressured.
Selecting your gown is one of the most intimate moments with your family and friends. Plan to bring any key decision makers with you. We don’t want anyone to miss the moment, so if someone can’t join in on the fun, you can Facetime them. Due to health concerns, we ask that you not bring children to your in-store or outdoor experience appointment.
We have limited space in the boutique and can comfortably host up to 3 guests (Please see our health and safety precautions page for more info.). If you have a larger party book the Ultimate Shopping Experience or a VIP Party. Please call to inquire.
You bridal stylist will have a pre-appointment consultation with you so that when you arrive we can have gowns pulled ahead of time based on your personal style. Invite family and friends to make a social shopping event. We believe that buying your wedding gown should not feel like any other shopping trip.and most of all stress free!

Salon Reservation: $395
Your consultant will be popping in & out of the dressing room to help you into each gown. So, please wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx (if desired) are suggested.

Skype or Facetime is a perfect solution for those that can’t be with you. Make a special date with your love ones to be ready in case you find the one and need their help in making your big decision!
We ask that you do not bring food/drink into the boutique, unless previously discussed with our staff. Please inquire if you would like to bring in champagne for your appointment.
Dresses can take up to 5-8 months to produce, since it is being made to order. When you factor in shipping and alterations, it could be up to 10 months total process. We suggest deciding on a dress at soon as possible so you have time built in for fittings and accessorizing. There are rush options for weddings under 6 months, but rush fees do apply.

All gowns need alterations to give it a perfect fit for your wedding day. Tulle has recommended seamstresses in the local vicinity that you can choose to go to.
We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card). We prefer that you pay for your gown in full. If you prefer to break up the cost a 60% deposit is required to order your wedding gown and the remainder is due upon arrival of your order. Dresses sold "off the rack" must be paid in full.

All Sales are Final. No exchanges or credits.
Like a salon or spa, we require 48 hours notice of a cancellation so we can fill the appointment slot, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
If you are looking for a specific time, and it is not on our scheduler, please call for our availability. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
